1. Provider identification
Before an order is placed we disclose our legal name, registered location, contact details and registration data, as required by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015.
2. Our role
We compare resorts and travel information and may act as seller or as agent for a disclosed principal. The capacity that applies to your booking is shown before you confirm it.
3. Bookings and consumer rights
You receive clear pre-contract information on price and cancellation terms, the complaint procedure and your statutory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023.
4. Tourism services
Tourist product details, operator or agency identity, contract terms and cancellation or refund conditions are disclosed under Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995.
5. Accurate information and advertising
Claims and price comparisons are substantiated, not misleading, and state their conditions, per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data, including analytics and marketing cookies, on the basis of Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Language
A Ukrainian-language version or equivalent Ukrainian legal and consumer information is available, per Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» № 2704-VIII від 25.04.2019.
8. User responsibilities and liability
You agree to use the site lawfully and to give accurate booking details. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for third-party services outside our control. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
