1. Provider

xedntravia.com is operated by PE xedntravia.com, EDRPOU 10955877, Business Center Gulliver, 1A Sportyvna Square, Kyiv, 01023, Ukraine; contact@xedntravia.com; +380 953 058 2854. We act as booking agent; the tourism service provider is named before you confirm, per the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995.

2. Prices, taxes and fees

Prices are shown in the stated currency, taxes included unless noted; any service fee is displayed separately before payment.
Resort, city and tourist taxes payable locally appear in the exclusions.
Price and comparison claims are substantiated under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.

3. Inclusions and exclusions

Each offer lists its inclusions (accommodation, transfer, guide) and exclusions (insurance, visa fees, meals, personal expenses). Only listed inclusions form part of the tourist product.

4. Booking steps

Choose the service and dates; availability is checked live.
Review the total price, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms.
Submit the booking form and continue to the confirmation page.
The contract is concluded on our written confirmation and payment as stated.

5. Cancellation, refunds and complaints

Cancellation terms are shown before booking. Unless stated otherwise, cancellations more than 72 hours before the start date are refunded less costs already incurred; later cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Complaints: contact@xedntravia.com, answered within 15 working days.

6. Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. Ukrainian-language information is available, per the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019.
