Snow, weather, lift and resort conditions are indicative and time-sensitive. Forecasts, snow depths and lift status are guidance only; actual conditions depend on weather, resort and lift operator decisions and other factors outside our control. Confirm them before booking.

Travel insurance

We recommend travel insurance covering medical expenses, evacuation, cancellation, delay, baggage and winter sports. Insurance is the traveller's responsibility unless included in a confirmed booking.

Visa, entry, health and border rules

Customers must check and meet visa, entry, passport-validity, health, customs and border requirements for their route and nationality before departure, and verify changes with official authorities and carriers.

Tourist product and booking terms

Tourist-product information, operator or agency identity, contract terms and cancellation or refund conditions are disclosed before contract conclusion under Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995.

Advertising and pre-contract information

Advertising and price claims are accurate, substantiated and not misleading, with conditions and evidence. Pre-contract information covers price, cancellation, complaints and statutory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023; advertising is governed by Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996.

Ukrainian-language information or equivalent Ukrainian legal/consumer information is available under Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» № 2704-VIII від 25.04.2019.
