Data we collect
Name, email, phone, travel dates and destination, number of travellers and message from our forms; plus IP address, browser data and cookie identifiers.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to enquiries — your consent.
- Performing a booking — performance of a contract.
- Sharing traveller details with travel suppliers — contract, with pre-contract information under Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995.
- Accounting records — legal obligation.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries are kept 12 months; booking records 3 years after travel. Data is shared only with travel suppliers, hosting, IT and payment providers, and is never sold. Transfers outside Ukraine rely on appropriate safeguards.
